KP line KP型， 最簡單的螺旋升降裝置

KP line is dedicated to the easiest lifting systems, both vertical and horizontal, where to
perform the components can be usually found in the market, as well as belts and pulleys needed
to complete the con nection, while Mecvel provides the “heart” of the motion.
The company, in fact, offers four different sizes of gear boxes already mounted and grease
lubricated, up to 50 kN (5 tons), from 5 to 10 kN (1 ton), from 10 to 25 kN (2,5 tons) and from
25 to 50 kN (5 tons), with two gear ratios ready for delivery: 1:10 and 1:30.
KP line is subdivided in two kinds of kits:
The one that takes shape from HT models, where the acme screw runs through the gear
box - KT ver sion
The one that takes shape from HR models, where the acme screw rotates integrally with
the gear box. ? In this case the linear motion is performed by a nut travelling along the acme
screw (nut included in the kit provided by the company) - KR version
According to the kind of kit, Mecvel combines the acme screw in a different way:
With KT, it is supplied in one meter steps, which the customer can furtherly cut depending
on the stro ke length needed, and modify for the specific fixing in use
With KR, it is supplied with a working stroke of 500 mm, and one end modified for the
correct join with the gear box. The front end is “pure”, so that the customer can adjust the acme
screw length depending on application requests and tailor it for the correct insertion in the fixing
Coupling and guide bushing are already fitted in HT version gear boxes, while for those in
HR version cou pling and closing cap are supplied separately together with mounting instructions.

KP線被細分為兩種工具包

使用KT，它提供一米的臺階，根據(jù)客戶需要的長度，可以進一步切割，并進行適當(dāng)修改。
使用KR，它提供了一個工作行程為500毫米，一端修改與齒輪箱連接。前端是“光”的，這
樣客戶就可以根據(jù)應(yīng)用要求調(diào)整梯形絲杠的長度，并根據(jù)使用場合量身定做。
在HT型齒輪箱中已經(jīng)安裝了聯(lián)接和導(dǎo)向襯套，而在HR版本中，離合器和封蓋分別與安裝
說明一起提供。
